Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the exclusive “Top-Leader-Promotion with Alexandru Stratulat” event organized by SourceLess, held on 15–16 August 2025 in the Greater Frankfurt area, Germany.

By registering for the event via this website and submitting the associated form, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

  1. Qualification Requirements

To participate in the event, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must have purchased a Platinum Package ($10,000) or a higher-tier package such as:
    • Diamond Package ($25,000)
    • Double Diamond Package ($50,000)
    • Triple Diamond Package ($100,000)
  • Only full and individual packages qualify. Combined or partial packages do not qualify.
  • One event ticket is granted per qualifying package.
    Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • Spouses or partners may join the event as self-paying guests, subject to availability and separate confirmation.
  1. Qualification Period

To be eligible for participation, qualifying purchases must be made within the following timeframe:

  • Start Date: 14 March 2025 (official launch of STR.Dome)
  • End Date: 5 August 2025, 11:59 PM (CEST)
  1. Event Details
  • Dates:
    • 15 August 2025: Evening welcome and networking session
    • 16 August 2025: Full-day main event with Alexandru Stratulat and special program
  • Location: Greater Frankfurt Area, Germany
    (Exact venue details will be communicated via email to confirmed participants.)
  1. Special Bonus – ARES Ai Token Vouchers

The first qualifying buyers will receive exclusive ARES Ai Token vouchers, which will be credited to their STR.Dome accounts and redeemable after a 3-month holding period for stablecoins.

The bonus tiers are as follows:

  • Buyers 1 to 100: $600 in ARES Ai Token vouchers
  • Buyers 101 to 400: $300 in ARES Ai Token vouchers
  • Buyers 401 to 1000: $100 in ARES Ai Token vouchers

Note: The bonus is non-transferable and redeemable only within the STR.Dome ecosystem.

  1. Ticket Confirmation and Access
  • After successful registration and verification of package eligibility, a confirmation email will be sent with further event instructions.
  • Entry to the event will require photo identification and matching STR.Dome username.

No ticket transfers or substitutions will be permitted.

  1. Changes and Cancellation
  • SourceLess reserves the right to modify the event program, timing, and/or location due to logistical, safety, or force majeure reasons.
  • In case of cancellation, qualified participants will retain all STR.Dome benefits and bonus vouchers.
